The Storm hosted its annual Winter Warm-Up Event for Season Ticket Holders on Sunday at Bank of America Arena on the University of Washington campus. Winter Warm-Up is an opportunity for the Storm to connect with its most die-hard fans during the middle of the long WNBA offseason.

Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel Brian Agler shared updates on the process of putting together the Storm’s 2011 roster, while CEO Karen Bryant talked about the work going on behind the scenes in the Storm offices in preparation for the upcoming season and Lisa Brummel from Force 10 Hoops LLC reiterated the ownership group’s vision for the Storm to be a leader on and off the court. Newly re-signed Storm Assistant Coach Jenny Boucek joined them on a panel to take questions from fans, who also had the opportunity to share their favorite highlights from the 2010 championship season.

Before that, Husky Head Coach Tia Jackson shared  the gameplan that would help Washington defeat California 57-48 in a game attended by Storm Season Ticket Holders right after the conclusion of Winter Warm-Up. The event concluded with a raffle for gear autographed by Storm players and other great prizes.
