Down LJ and KG already for tonight’s game, the Storm may be without two more very important initials … SB.   Sue Bird has a very sore neck that was injured on a hard screen in New York and when she woke up today she could barely turn her head. She will warm up and see how that goes, but it doesn’t look good for her to play today.  Brian Agler said that, although the team still has a shot at the #1 seed, they have made the playoffs and getting players healthy for the postseason is priority No. 1.  Pee Wee Johnson will get the start if Sue can’t go.

The Storm takes on a team tonight that has struggled worse than any other since the All Star game.  The Lynx have won only three of their last 15 games and yet are still in the mix for the final playoff spot, so they will come out with a lot of energy tonight in what likely is their last chance.

80 is the key number tonight for the Lynx as they are 11-6 when they reach the 80-point mark and 1-11 when they don’t.
