There was a chance the Storm might not know its opponent for the Western Conference Semifinals until Sunday night, but the Los Angeles Sparks ended the drama by crushing the Minnesota Lynx 90-61 at home Friday in Lisa Leslie’s final regular-season game at the STAPLES Center. With the win, the Sparks clinched the third seed in the West, meaning the Storm will face L.A. for the second consecutive season, third time in the last four years and fourth time in franchise history.
Game 1 will be played Wednesday night in L.A., time still TBA. The Sparks will then invade KeyArena for Friday’s Game 2. Tickets are on sale now to be there and help the Storm try to beat L.A.
